Reach Out is a weekly social support group for men who identify GBT+. The group meets every Thursday between 7.30pm and 9.30pm pm at the Derbyshire LGBT+ premises. The idea of the group is to enable men (18yrs and over) to meet up, make friends and have a good time in a friendly, safe environment.
The group is facilitated by Volunteers but the group is run by the members. As such, members of the group decides its activities, which have previously included party and social evenings, talks, games nights and workshops. See programme of activities organised below.
If you feel confident, all you have to do is turn up on the night. We do however recommend that first timers arrive between 7 and 7.30 pm which will give you the opportunity to meet with facilitators and find out a bit more about the group before the nights starts at 7.30pm.
If you would like to know more about the group, would like to come to a meeting, or want to know the programme details for the next few meetings, please get in touch with Derbyshire LGBT+.
