One-to-One Service for LGBT+ Young People

Our LGBT+ Youth One-to-One Service offers a safe, welcoming, and confidential space for young people aged 18 and below who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or are questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity. This service is designed to provide non-clinical, non-therapeutic support through friendly, informal conversations with our dedicated youth worker who understand the unique experiences and challenges faced by LGBT+ youth.

We want to be clear: this is not a counselling or therapy service. Instead, it’s a space where young people can talk openly, ask questions, explore their identity, or simply connect with someone who will listen without judgment. Whether you're navigating coming out, dealing with school or family issues, or just looking for someone to talk to who "gets it," we're here for you.

Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs and interests. You might want to chat about your experiences, get information about local LGBT+ resources, or talk through something that’s been on your mind. Our team is here to support you in a way that feels right for you with no pressure, no labels, just a friendly face and a listening ear.

We believe that every young person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. Our goal is to empower LGBT+ youth to feel confident in who they are and to know they are not alone.
